    Hi,

    First of all – I/we love Enfold!
    But we have two issues:

    1.
    When adding new content on some of our pages, like adding a special heading, a lot of the content on that page disappears.
    Its very frustrating and I cannot figure out why. The PHP memory limit is 180 MB and we only use 50 MB, so that’s not the problem.
    And it doesnt seem that any plug-ins are interfering. And we are using the latest version of WP and Enfold
    Any idea what to do?

    2.
    After the latest update our Main menu is acting weird. The Shrinking Header -function includes the submenu and leaves a gab, so the header consist of logo and mainmenu-bar, submenu-bar and “transparent-gab”.
    What to do?

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    1.) Did you add any html codes? Make sure that you close the tags properly or it will strip out all contents below.

    2.) Please give us a link to the website. A screenshot of the issue will help. You can use imgur, dropbox, clipular etc.

    Hey!

    1. Please deactivate all plugins, to see which on causes the problem.

    2. When I scroll down on http://www.***.com/ I can’t see what you mean. As Ismael mentioned please provide us screenshots of the issue.

    Hi!

    1- Please try removing “zopim” and “Google conversion frame” temporarily and check if that helps
    2- “Google conversion frame” is causing the issue.
    3- Removed
