is it possible to delete the date and time from pictures in the media library?

I’m not sure I fully understand what you are looking to remove, but the theme doesn’t alter anything in regards to WordPress core functionality in the media library.

RikardMaybe it is a thing of WordPress. When I load a picture it gets an URL like:
https://domain.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/picture.png

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure if it’s possible to relocate old files unfortunately, maybe you could download and delete the old files, then upload them again?
