    hello, my client wants to clean up some of her images in Media
    but she says she can not longer delete images as she can not see the words “Delete Permanently” anymore.
    its just not there,
    would there be any explanation for this?
    i mean: i can see it without a problem

    Hey jelle,

    Is there perhaps a plugin running that could have altered the media options? Please try disabling active plugins to see if the option returns.
