I have a series of animated numbers that are all supposed to work their way up to 15 – I have the custom CSS class available to each of the elements and I was hoping I could set each element to delay a few seconds after the previous element versus all animating at the same time when the user scrolls over them. I know that’s a lot of weird customization but I was looking through the CSS and couldn’t find the element that decided when the animation would start. Any thoughts?
