    I read the other support ticket on this, and added the code to my htaccess file, nothing changed so I reverted back to my original.

    Where exactly do you add it? End? Between anything?

    They show up fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field.

    That’s because I hired someone to do it…needless to say I can’t wait 5 days for a response :(

    This is a definite deterrent to purchasing extended support.
