    I created this site with content in Spanish, then I translated into English using WPML. Everything went all right until I wanted to make the spanish version the default site. I tried both making the homepage (Frontpage Settings) to the spanish version and the Front page from SETTINGS/READING to the spanish version but it is still not working. It always gives me the english version. Can you please advise.

    Please go to WPML > Languages and change Default Language to Spanish

    I tried that but it does not save the command. This is the message I always get:

    “Falta el archivo de idioma (.mo) de WordPress. Se mantendrá el idioma para mostrar existente.”

    MEANING in english the following “The language file ( .mo ) was not found. Existing default Language will be kept to show existing”
