    Hi Guys,

    I’m new to Enfold / WP and trying to troubleshoot the editor.

    I can log into the editor, but I can’t access the layout builder. It won’t let me click on any of the elements and the progress icon in the middle keeps spinning, see the photo. I know that I updated to WP 4.0, not sure it that helps.

    Not sure it’s your issue, but I had this problem after upgrading WordPress but not upgrading the theme to the latest. Are you on the latest version of both?

    Hey!

    You are currently using an older version of Enfold which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
