Hello!
I am looking into creating a decision tree on my site. Similar to the banner on: https://www.lendingtree.com/ but does not need to be so technical I guess. Do you have suggestions or suggestion plugins I can use?
I basically need a step by step questionnaire that will end up being emailed to me. Thanks!

I do not know of any that I can recommend. I did a search and perhaps this would work for you, https://wordpress.org/plugins/sidecar-decision-tree/.
