Hi Team,
I’m wondering if this is related to the theme. I’ve never encountered this issue before until recently. I just updated to Enfold 4.2.

As you can see, the dates chosen from the date picker do not match the format required by WooCommerce.
I also updated WooCommerce to 3.2.1 recently too. so I’m not sure if it’s related as well.
Any ideas how I could solve this issue? Does disabling the date picker help? If yes, how do I do it?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Eric.October 27, 2017 at 5:15 pm #869674Hey Eric,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Eric.October 30, 2017 at 4:49 pm #870568Hi,
Sorry for the late reply Eric!
Could you please try de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and check if that helps?
I noticed “add to cart” button is not working as well. I think issues are related to a plugin conflict.Best regards,
YigitOctober 30, 2017 at 5:08 pm #870580I am also having this same issue. Please advise!
October 31, 2017 at 3:40 pm #870864Hi Yigit,
Thanks for pointing out that the “Add to Cart” function was not working. I’ve disabled the plugin that was causing the issue until I can find a fix for that.
Also, I’ve disabled all the plugins as you’ve suggested and I realized one of the plugins which I’ve been using for a while now (which I updated recently) was causing the issue. I’ve removed it and it’s all good now.
Thanks again for the help!
Best regards,
