    Hi, I’ve been told by my host that we have the following error:

    skylarkmediagroup.co.uk [Fri Feb 12 01:08:44 2016] [error] [client 10.0.1.167:55387] AH01215: WordPress databaseerror Column ‘offset’ cannot be null for query INSERT INTO wp_wpb2d_processed_files (file, uploadid, offset) VALUES (‘/home/sites/skylarkmediagroup.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/YouTube-Advertising-Article-Main-Image-120x 120.png’, NULL, NULL) made by do_action_ref_array, call_user_func_array, run_dropbox_backup, WPB2D_BackupController->execute, WPB2D_BackupController->backup_path, WPB2D_Processed_Files->add_files, WPB2D_Processed_Base->upsert: /home/sites/skylarkmediagroup.co.uk/public_html/wp-cron.php

    Could you let me know what I need to do to fix it? Thanks

    Hi Sky2lark!

    have you got the same error when activating a default WordPress theme?

    Hi,

    You can activate one of the default WordPress themes like Twentyfifteen under Appearance–>Themes.
