Servus zusammen,
SebastianApril 22, 2016 at 12:23 pm #619845Hey gemekiwei!
would be best to write in english, because I am (almost) the only one who speaks german in this forum and I don’t use Internet Explorer (as I use Mac, where IE is not available).
Please upgrade to Enfold v.3.5.3. and check if you still have the same issue or not.

thanks for your reply. I’ve updated to Enfold v.3.5.3. but the issues still exist. It seems to me that IE won’t load the animations on images (for example see link below). Can someone of the enfold team test/comprehend it with Internet Explorer?
Best regards,
SebastianApril 28, 2016 at 8:01 am #623507Hi!
Thank you for the info. The animation should work even on IE but it’s not working on your installation. Please add this in the Quick CSS field:
.avia-msie .av-masonry-entry { visibility: visible !important; opacity: 1 !important; }

IsmaelApril 28, 2016 at 8:58 am #623540Hi Ismael,
first of all thanks for your help/code! The portfolio masonry works now in IE but still other animations like image pop up (see link: http://neu.kirchheim-heimstetten.de/leben-kirchheim/kultur-kirchheim/) won’t work. It seems to me that IE can’t load JavaScript successfully?!?!
Am I able to force IE loading just the latest version of JavaScript via Quick CSS?
Best regards,
SebastianMay 2, 2016 at 7:37 am #625489Hi,
I’m not sure why the css animations are not working on your installation so I created a test page. The animations on our installation is working even on IE. This is probably cause by a plugin or a custom script. Please try to deactivate all plugins and remove all custom modifications then check the page again. Don’t forget to hard refresh the page. For a temporary fix, add this in the Quick CSS field:
/*media all*/ .avia_transform .avia_animated_image, .avia_desktop.avia_transform .av-animated-generic { opacity: 1; }

IsmaelJune 2, 2016 at 10:52 am #641944Hi Ismael,
sorry for my late answer. Unfortunately the code you suggested didn’t work out. BUT: I was able to solve the problem!
The pages that causes the problems with IE were originally created by a creative agency. When I delete one of those pages and create it again with my user-role, it causes no more problem. Why is that so? I don’t know… but now all pages are okay even on IE.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
SebastianPS. You can close the ticket ;)
