Thanks for a great theme!
After a fresh install of WordPress and enfold, I have been having strange glitches with the Avia Layout Builder not loading, or loading with broken links.
On top of that, I am unable to update custom css through the Appearance> Customize. At first the page loaded, but I could not publish (I received an error message to try again in a few seconds) Now, when I try again, I get a blank page and nothing loads.
I attempted to customize the css of the default WordPress theme, and had no issues whatsoever. Seems to be an Enfold problem.
The only plugin I have is SVG Support
I’d appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

Thanks for the login details, on which page are you having this problem?
You are getting several error message on the theme options pages, I’m not sure what is causing it since it just reads “connection refused”, which would indicate a problem with the server. Maybe you could try to completely remove the theme then upload a fresh copy to see if that helps? Something might have gone wrong with the initial installation.

Thanks for the response.
I’ve re-installed enfold and unfortunately still have the same problem. I cannot customise the theme css as the “Customize” page loads blank. On a more positive note. I did contact my hosting company and they mentioned that there was a temporary block on my IP address due to too many simultaneous connections. They lifted the block thankfully. This seems to have helped with the Avia Layout Builder problem I had!
If you could help me with my Custom Appearance issue I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks for the update, though the theme options page looks even worse on my end now, so something is still wrong unfortunately. If your hosting provider is blocking certain traffic then that would make sense because of the problems you are getting, please see private. There are a lot of resources not being loaded as you can see, could you send that to your hosting provider to see if they know why they are not being loaded?
Best regards,
