    Hi,

    I have a website with posts with image galleries, see this example:

    I want to manually change some of the thumbnails, the ones where heads are cut off in the preview. So I open the gallery, click on the image and crop again. I choose ‘apply only to thumbnail’ and save. After regenerating the thumbs, nothing has changed.

    Any suggestions?

    Hey boemedia,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hey!

    If you crop an image then you should not re-generate it, as it gets back to the normal if you do it.
    Try it again and let us know

    I did not regenerate now. Output on page is still wrong:

    I did delete the cache, but that didn’t help either.

    Hi,

    Try to edit gallery and in Gallery Big Picture Preview (Galerij Grote Voorvertoning Afbeelding) instead of using Portfolio 495x400px, try using No Scaling (Original Width X Original Height).
