My friend who is programmer suddenly passed away last week and he was helping me to create a thumbnail slider for the Avia page builder. Would you be willing to help me with a few things? First of all, when you click on Troy Aossey Slider to add another image you don’t see the list of images and you can’t add a single image to the slider. You get this warning “An error occurred. It seems your are no longer logged in. Please reload the page and try again”
Before we dig deeper I was first wondering if you could provide assistance on this.

let’s be focused on one single issue here and use a new ticket for something else. I checked your Easy Slider on the page in question. Weird thing is that no single image is appearing inside of it. Your whole website seems to be highly customized, so I rather suggest to hire a new freelance developer, who can help you with your project. AndyRight…the thing that you noticed was weird is exactly the thing I was asking you to look at. I’m asking if you can help fix this slider so the images show in the dash? But I see now that Kriesi offers customization, good to know. Thank you.
Hi,
I suggest to remove any customizations you’ve done so far, to check if things work better for you afterwards. Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.
If this doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
