    Please note that we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy (https://kriesi.at/support/register/#av_section_2), that’s why we’re asking you to keep in touch with the plugin author for additional help. I don’t believe it’s our fault that we can’t access the editors or the file server.

    I’m sorry if I assumed that you’re aware of the support policy. I thought it was implied when we asked you keep in touch with the plugin author. We do have this support limit but we always try our best to help or at least provide directions on how to proceed. Unfortunately, we can’t provide full support for a plugin that we didn’t author. We apologize for the inconvenience.
