Custom Social Icon

Hi,

I would like to add custom icon that redirect to the company’s Yelp page – http://www.yelp.com/biz/bzb-lock-and-key-orange.
I could find a way to add another custom icon with a link that I can use.
Basically I have an icon from yelp which I can add the the social icon, just can’t find the way to do it.
