Hi,
I have a custom pre-loader logo for our website and the problem is that after a few hours of it working ok it disappears completely, using the forums I have added the below CSS change to the Quick CSS tab in General Styling tab :
.av-siteloader { border: none; background-image: url(https://new.solidrundev.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/logo-sym.png); background-size: contain; }The only way of “fixing” is that I’ve found is to replace the image url to another image, save and then replace once more to the original url of the image. Then it works for a few hours and disappears again.. any thoughts?
Thank you,

I’m not sure how we could reproduce that? Are you sure that it’s not local to your machine/caching?
Best regards,

I think I’ve managed to solve this, under enfold child theme in header sub menu there is an option for “Header size” it was slim and I’ve changed it to “Large” this seems to be solved the issue. I am not sure how this is related but so far the page loader is working properly.
Thanks,

Actually it didn’t help.. I have purged the cache locally and in the server as well and the pre-loader disappears after a few hours…also checked on another PC, so back to square one.. any ideas?

May 16, 2018 at 7:27 am #957346Hi,
The red preloader icon or image displays properly when I navigate the site. Is this fixed?
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 16, 2018 at 7:30 am #957348Hi Ismael,
Yes it is fixed, thank you for the follow up. I think the latest theme update got something to do with it but not sure.
Have a great day.
