    Hi,
I would like to add a shortcode [types field = “name”] [/ types] Special Heading / Heading Text. Can I add in function.php in my child-theme?
    Regards!

    Hey Lumato!

Yes you can add it to the functions.php file. If your trying to edit one of our existing shortcodes then download our starter child theme, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/, and then create a folder called /shortcodes/ in the child theme folder. You can then copy the shortcode files from the parent theme and add them into the child theme and edit them.

    Cheers!

    Hi Elliott,

When I insert the shortcode [types field = “name”] [/ types] in “Special Heading” in “Heading Text” is not displayed, but the “Subheading Text” is displayed. I need you to be displayed in “Heading Text”. What should I do to enable it.

    Thanks for help!

    Hey!

Go ahead and send us a link and paste the full code your using here so we can get a better idea of what’s going on.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

What you’ll want to do here is add the icon separately and have it align left and then add the heading. Or you can use our iconbox element and set the icon to display on the left of the title.

    Elliott

    Hi,
I want to add a shortcode [shortcode] [/ shortcode] into “Heading text”. Icons shortcode was only as an example. I thought that it could be allowed in the functions.php. Thanks for your help, I’ll try to find some other solution.

    Regards,
    Lumato
