    Hi,

I needed another custom post type like portfolio. So i cloned all (at least i think) portfolio files, in the admin panel everything is working including categories, avia layout editor etc. I can also create a “Jobs Grid” (which i cloned from portfolio) and set it up with correct filtering. But the Job items itself are not showing up when I view the page.

It seems like i’m overseeing the file responsible for display the actual items. Does anyone have a clue?

    Files i cloned:

    /config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/portfolio.php

    /includes/admin/register-portfolio.php

    /includes/loop-portfolio-single.php

    taxonomy-portfolio_entries.php

I replaced every word “portfolio/Portfolio” (Case sensitive) in those files to “job/Job”

    Thanks in advance!

I really want to know the answer to this too, so I’ll keep an eye on this thread. I’ve already asked something similar in the past, but the answer then was that it’s too complicated or impossible to duplicate that section. Let’s hope it was just miscommunication.

It’s not impossible to duplicate this section but it requires some work to copy/duplicate the portfolio grid template for other post types and it’s time intensive – especially if you want to do it right. It’s something which is beyond the scope of our support forum – I’m sorry.

If you really need this feature I’d recommend to hire a freelancer for this task. If you don’t know a good coder I can help you – just use the contact form http://inoplugs.com/contact/ and I’ll make you a quote.

Too bad, I hoped there was an easy solution. I’ll solve it with a custom page template in that case. Thanks for your response and offer to help me out.

    Sincerely,

    Nick
