Hi there,
we are working here with custom folder names for wp-content, plugins etc.
This works without problems.
Also the themefolder “enfold” has a different name. This works also without problems,
Enfold is the parent and the site gets its own child theme.
But when using the updater by providing username and api key it will break the site, because after the update the parent theme folder will be “enfold” again. After renaming the folder manually we got it back working.
Would be great if the enfold team will be able to update the parent theme within its existing folder, rather then forcing the it be “enfold”-
thanks

Hey elmar71,
Thanks for the feedback though I’m not sure if it would be possible. You can submit a feature request for it here though: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
