    We just had this issue show up a few days ago. When we added to “Custom Menu” Items and check to have the external links open in a new window, it is not working.

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    The reason it’s not working because those links are set as the Column Header.
    There are 3 layers to a mega menu, 1 Parent Menu, 2 Column, 3 Child Links.

    Once that’s arranged in that manner it should work properly.
