Custom menu hover not working on ipad pro

Hi,

I’ve made an almost identical menu on two sites, one of them works on iPad Pro, the other doesn’t…

I’m hoping you can figure out what the difference between them is.

The site where it doesn’t work is – yogicommsdev.co.uk/universitywales

The menu is the social icon menu at the bottom of the page, before the footer.
