    I have tried resolving this many times and it simply doesn’t work. At this point I believe this is a bug in the theme. If I use the horizontal gallery or the masonry gallery, all is fine. But I don’t want to use this and want to use the standard gallery. On the home page I am trying to use the gallery to load 4 images that will ultimately act like buttons. At the moment, there are 2 images uploaded in the gallery. Each mage has a custom link to a page on the site that the user should be directed to when clicking the image. This works perfectly using the horizontal and masonry galleries, just not with the standard gallery. I have added the custom link to the image and checked no to the lightbox and chose open in new window. Regardless of what I do, the only place the image will link to is the lightbox page and not the custom link. I am providing login credentials below so you can see what is happening. This is the gallery on the homepage (images say GROUP CLASSES, TEAM DANCE PERFORMANCES) near the top of the page below the WELCOME text.

    ALSO, I don;t like the styling that causes the image to have a translucent faded cover look on hover and would like to remove that. Can you please explain how?

    Thanks,
    Barry

    Can’t wait any longer for you to review this. You have a bug in your gallery that needs attention. Please review the above and test on your own. Would appreciate if you add this bug to the items to fix for an upcoming update. I came up with a workaround by simply using columns and uploading images as I need. But it was a pain in the neck and required too much work in Photoshop for something that the theme should be able to do easily.

    Hi Barry,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply.

    1- Custom link field was added for Masonry Gallery element however I will contact our devs and forward your request to use it on default gallery as well.

    2- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

    #top .avia-gallery .avia-gallery-thumb a:hover {
        opacity: 1;
    }

    Best regards,
    Yigit
