Hi,
Please look at the mobile menu for eco-world.co.uk, Services item on the mobile menu is a custom link and doesn’t have a page behind it.
However there are subpages assigned to this. You can access the subpages from the desktop menu but you cannot access these pages from mobile.
Please can you let me know how can this problem be resolved.
Kind regards,

YigitSeptember 29, 2017 at 10:48 am #858401Hi,
Please find in private the login details.
The problem is …
Services Menu items is clickable after I implemented the solution mentioned in the thread. I just want it to be a menu items with sub items and only the sub items are clickable.
I want it to work perfectly on both mobile and desktop.
Just to let you know I am having similar problems on my other websites as well. So if we can resolve it here then I can implement the solution on the other ones.
Please can this be rectified asap.

September 29, 2017 at 10:53 am #858408Ohh last thing I forgot to mention that the menu item doesn’t work at all with the mega menu options. Please have a look at that well.
As you can see currently it is not working at on mobile.
October 2, 2017 at 4:50 am #859055Hi,
The mega menu columns are empty, by “empty” it means that the columns do not contain sub menu items. Please do not use the mega menu columns as actual menu items, only use this option to separate menu items within the mega menu. You can either disable the mega menu option and create a default submenu or you have to add a sub menu item on each mega menu column. This used to work before but the new menu script doesn’t it allow it anymore. Try to add a sub menu item in one of those mega menu columns, you’ll see it included in the mobile menu.

IsmaelOctober 2, 2017 at 12:31 pm #859200Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your response.
Please check my website, following problems are still there:
First Issue
Services (Custom Link)
Sub Menu Items: Electricians, Landlords, Gas Safety Certificate, EPC
This menu work perfectly on mobile, however for some reason Services is clickable on desktop and takes the user to an empty page with an error. How can I rectify this so that services page is not clickable on both mobile and desktop but continue showing the sub menu items.Second Issue
Our Work (Page)
Sub Menu Items: About Us, News, Work’s Diary
These menu items works perfectly on desktop, however on mobile menu Our Work page is not clickable. Please can you guide me how can these be rectified.
Kind regards,
October 3, 2017 at 10:01 am #859544Hi,
1.) We edited the “Services” page and set the URL field to “##”. We will include a fix in the latest version of the theme.
2.) This is the default behaviour of the parent menu items on mobile view. If you want it to be clickable, you have to set the sub menu items to “always display” or you can also clone the parent menu items. You can find these options in the Enfold > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile menu option.
Best regards,
