    I have a Custom ID Attribute on my Contact-Us page: https://www.abelldjcompany.com/contact-us/#contactform

    When I click Get Started on my home page: https://www.abelldjcompany.com it is suppose to navigate to the top of this section of the Contact-Us page. It works on desktop but on MOBILE is goes to the bottom of the section. I am using iOS Safari & Chrome.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Hey Chris,

    I checked your site on iphone simulation using Chrome, but I can’t see any problem there. Which actual devices are you using when this problem happens?

    I have tested on iPhone 11 Pro & iPhone X Chrome & Safari

    As you can see, when clicking “Get Started” from the Home Page, The Custom ID URL goes to the bottom of the color section rather the top.

    If I click “Get Started” on the page the Custom ID is on, it goes to the top section correctly.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    I tested your website on my iphone and I could reproduce the issue couple of times. It did not happen on each try.
    I believe the issue might be related to JS. Could you please install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and set jQuery version to legacy and check if that helps?
    Please make sure to clear cache and disable JS file merging and compression in Enfold theme options > Performance temporarily.

    Yes – This did fix the issue. Would this be the permeant solution or was this only for testing?

    Hi,

    This is only a temporary solution until we release a new version. We are going to release it soon and after updating to that version, you can delete the plugin :)
