    We’re trying to use icons purchased from Noun Project. They are svg. I’ve put the file into AI, compressed/flattened, then put into fontello, etc. Loaded up with the import function on Enfold and then they show up in the icon selction tool–but as blank boxes.

    Not sure what I’m doing wrong?

    I’ve searched the topic but only older answers to past theme versions were available. None of those old fixes worked. So I’ve deleted all and figured I’d ask here and start back at square 1.

    Hey Arrow2019,

    If it’s blank boxes, then most likely it’s this issue: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes-
    If not, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hello there,

    I am having a similar issue but it is with headings. My iPhone users can see a question mark box (or a box with nothing inside) above the headings on my header images. The only element used is a heading – no icon elements. When on an Android phone the boxes don’t appear.

    Any idea what may be going on?

    Hi oladigital_co,

    I have checked the link and I could verify that there’s an image above WELCOME TO THE SEA TEAM
    It may not be visible in the backend but try hovering your mouse above WELCOME TO THE SEA TEAM and you should be able to spot an Image element, just remove this and it should be good.
