UPDATE: I Figured it out right after posting this question – please ignore.

    Hello,

I have a client who wishes to have a non-theme included font for their website. The font has both latin characters and Hebrew ones and we are having trouble getting the font to display. i have extensively read this forum for a solution and tried many things but nothing has worked. Here is what we have done:
    1) Created a child theme
    2) Run the fonts through font squirrel to convert them
    3) Ftp’s the fonts into the theme/Enfold Child folder
    3) Adjusted the style.css file in the child theme folder to define a font family
    4) Used the @font family code in the quickcss field in the theme settings.

Other background: we had to encode the whole site for UTF8 to get the Hebrew to display.
I used the above approach for the font “Shalom Normal” and it works great.
The font I need to get to work is “SBL Hebrew”
Because I am working on this for a client, they own the 6 month support contract with Kreisi. Do I need to provide you that information to get help or login as them (downside being that your replies would email to them.)
I always do this so my customers own all their licenses.
    Thank you,
    NS

Update: this is happening in Chrome only. The font displays Firefox.

I just purchased support. I have also noticed the theme is out of date and the internal updater is not working. YIKES.

    Hi,

Can you please try update through Chrome?
That is for sure not a problem of ours, but most probably something related to your server.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
