    Hi – I have created a Google Map with custom markers. I am able to view the markers and click on them for pop up info but my clients can only see the map. They are using Google Chrome. Any advice?

    Hi Anna,

    Are you referring to the map on the front page? If so then I can see custom markers, they look like small flags, is that correct? I’m using Chrome on OSX.

    Yes that is correct. I s there a way to turn off the animation on the pins…I wonder if that is causing the issue for them.

    Hi Anna,

    If it’s working on my end then it should be working for your client as well, could you ask them to clear the cache from their browser and restart it please? They could also try to load the page in an incognito window to see if that makes any difference.
