Hi, I need to add some custom fonts. I have tried to use the .ttf and the .woff and .woff2 files which were compressed into a zip file (one file per zip). I also tried to upload a zip containing a folder with the 2 fonts I want to upload (2 tff files). They seem to upload to the media area but when I try to insert the font, I get an error: “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again.” I reloaded and no change.
I have Enfold version 4.8.3 (also tried with 4.8.1). Tried with PHP set at 7.3 and 7.4. WordPress server permissions are set at 755.
Can you help me fix this? or tell me how to manually upload the fonts? (They are not Google fonts)

Thank you for your patience and for the login, but it is not an admin login so we can’t see any of the settings, your error sounds like you don’t have the PHP ZipArchive Extension activated on your server, you will probably have to ask your webhost to do this for you. You can easily check this by going to WordPress > Dashboard > LayerSlider > Options and click “System Status” and look under “Server Settings”
