Can you help with some fonts that won’t load? I’ll put the login information below in case you can get it to work.
Here is what I did to try and upload the custom fonts to the enfold theme.I made sure to use the supported fonts. I tried with both .woff/woff2, and .ttf.
I compressed each font as a separate zip file
I created a compressed file of each font
I created a folder using the font name – and added in the .zipped fonts off both variants to that folder.
I then compressed the folder.
Uploaded the folder through the enfold theme import custom fonts option. This worked for Museo, however only the italic font comes in, the other regular variant of the font does not upload or show as an option. Because of this, I tried creating a compressed folder that included just the regular font, without the other italic variant. After doing this, I receive a message saying it uploaded correctly with no errors, but when going to view the font you see the font name and brackets “()” beside it. Example “Avenir next ()”. I Uploaded just the italic variant by itself to make sure the upload process was functioning for individual fonts, that works fine and the italic font came in again.
Other steps:
I then tried using a .ttf font, with the same method. This also had the same result.
I then tried just uploading the compressed file of the font by itself (not within another folder as the instructions show). Again, the same result.
Then I tried placing the font variants all in one compressed folder and uploading that. Still the same thing.August 4, 2020 at 8:50 pm #1235210This reply has been marked as private.August 4, 2020 at 11:16 pm #1235236Hi,
I am not sure if I understood the issue clearly. Could you please post screenshots and show the changes you would like to make? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.
Please note that you can go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and choose different font families for selected elements, such as H1 tagged elements. So if you would like to display Museo font family for body text and Museo italic for titles, you could simply choose to display Museo italic for heading elements :)
