We have a font attached to headers that was loaded in Custom Font Manager but font no longer showing as it should and when I try and go to Font Manager to reattach I get an error. This was working before update. Please help as site was just released. BTW I can see the font in ftp in uploads -> avia_fonts -> type_fonts
Couldn’t add/remove the font.
The script returned the following error:An error occurred creating the folder for the font bornreadyupright in uploads directory. We are not able to integrate the font

Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
This sounds like permissions change on the folder. Please check those.

You have the header.php file in your child theme, did you update it too when the theme was updated?

VictoriaI went ahead and deleted header.php from child theme as decided didn’t need it – please we need to get this fixed!

I tried to re-add it but I do the see the warning/error you mentioned.
