HI,
I have added custom icons in http://fontello.com/ and download the zip file, and tried to upload the zip in theme, but i got “could not add because server not respond error”, Help to fix this. zip size is 70 kb.
Thanks
March 17, 2015 at 3:08 pm #412969Hi rajivnetra!
Unfortunately the “the server didn’t respond” error is very generic and doesn’t help much because it just tells us that the server stopped to process your request. Maybe the ziparchive class ist not installed – it’s a standard php class: http://www.php.net/manual/en/class.ziparchive.php and required for the font uploader. If it’s not installed/activated please contact the server administrator and ask him to activate/install it for you. If the ziparchive class is not the problem please provide a php error log which helps us to identify the problem.
Best regards,

JosueMarch 22, 2015 at 10:16 am #415923Hi Josue,
Still i got same issue, for produce a bug, i have uploaded two zip files(custom-icons.zip, Fontelico.zip) in Upload/Select Fontello Font Zip area.
I have attached screen shot also, Check this screen shotTo produce bug follow these steps
1.select fontelico.zip file.
2.it will upload in Iconfont Manager, no error.
3.Now upload the custom-icons.zip in Iconfont Manager, you ll get the server not responding error. Can you check it and fix this, its need for load custom icons.
Note:
1.While upload default fonts zip file(Fontelico, Font Awesome, Entypo, Typicons, Iconic, etc) provided by http://fontello.com/, uploaded correctly in Iconfont Manager in enfold.
2.But custom icons zip file(svg created from our side and upload in enfold) not uploading properly, means server not responding errorThanks.

It’s a problem with your SVGs, you need to fix this before uploading them to Fontello:

March 23, 2015 at 8:28 pm #416671Hey!
Try using a different font-name when exporting it from Fontello.
