Hello everyone!
This is an open question, I am not sure whether you are supposed to know,
so please accept my apologies if this is completely out of your scope of support.Long story sort/example case:
A customer buys a product from our shop.
The product is shipped to the customer. It arrives.
We would like to produce the invoice with the date of arrival (and not the date of order) and attach it to an email.Do I have to change/edit something on wc level?Or the plugin level?
I am using the latest version of wc and wp.
If you have ever heard something like that please, could you enlighten me?
Many thanks for taking the time.
Have a great day.Best regs,

I’m pretty sure that is not standard WC functionality, you would likely need some sort of plugin or integration with the Restful API. A question out of curiosity though; how would you know when the product has arrived at your customer?
Best regards,

I am sorry for the late reply.
If you use plugins from the transporter, say FedEx UPs they can inform you when the products have arrived in real-time.
I found the plugin to do that, WC won’t do that. You just select when you want to produce the invoice and you can do that when changing the status of the order.I think that from this support forum I will have one more question and then all of my issues will be solved.
You are all very helpful and very swift in replying. (I am afraid If i don’t find a solution myself I have to open a new ticket, but this can be considered closed.)
Have a great day. Many thanks Rikard.
