Hi,
I have searched and found that I should enter add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_css’); in the functions.php. The problem is I don’t know where to add it. I started building without a child theme as I really wasnt sure what it was. Where can I put this without having a child theme? Thanks.September 18, 2015 at 10:24 am #505338Hi thegreatgeekyme,
You could try adding it to the bottom of your function.php file, but you will lose any customisation to that file once you update the theme, so I would really recommend you using a child theme. It’s easy to set up: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
Best regards,

I would like to try to work with a child theme, but i m literally going crazy with it. It s such a simple installation, but it is failing all the time.
I already worked at the custom css tab in the enfold layout settings but now decided to switch.I tried it via the download and description at the link you posted; It tells me then in the apperance settings: the parent theme is missing. you can not use child themes.
If I take a look at my server, everything is fine, enfold and enfold-child folder is there and correct, the css child is filled with the right domain, etc.
the custom css in the parent is still in the css folder, everything in order.
I also tried uploading the child folder manually; same problem. Could U please take a look???- This reply was modified 9 years, 3 months ago by aB-Agenta.
September 18, 2015 at 11:26 am #505372i removed the child theme from the server and tried again; nothing. i removed it again, maybe you have an idea.
On top now i can not add or change anything in the custom css field anymore.- This reply was modified 9 years, 3 months ago by aB-Agenta.

RikardSeptember 21, 2015 at 8:28 am #506260Hi Rikard,
of course, i forgot;
thank you very much, it is really a desaster. colored section is also not working anymore :(September 21, 2015 at 11:40 am #506348Hi,
Thanks for the URL, login is working fine too. First off, could you please update to the latest version of the theme (3.3.2): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You might have to do it via FTP since there seems to be something not right with your automatic updates. You could try to remove, then save, and then add your Themeforest information again to see if that helps though.
Thanks,
Rikard- This reply was modified 9 years, 3 months ago by Rikard.

September 22, 2015 at 7:11 am #506797Hey!
Please review the documentation and download the child theme files: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
I checked the Appearance > Themes panel but there is no child theme there.
Cheers!
IsmaelSeptember 22, 2015 at 9:11 am #506829hi ismael,
