Custom Css Class – Special Heading – Child Theme – Enfold

Hello:
There appears to be some instability in the Special Heading Content Element.
Added code snippet from this forum to enable a Custom Css Class field.

This element will not “remember” a properly declared custom css class in the Custom Css Class field. When returning to the element after a save and update, the field appears blank in the editor. A review of the page’s HTML shows the custom css class has been properly applied.

However, should a revision be made and saved inside the element WITHOUT reentering the custom css class after the field “forgets” – then the custom css class is lost from the page’s HTML.
