HELP!!!!
I added the custom CSS from this post (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/main-navigation-enfold-photography/) into the Quick CSS box and saved it. It saved fine. I viewed the page for changes and didn’t notice any difference.
I went back to the Quick CSS box and removed the code and it wouldn’t save. It suggested I reload the page and now I can’t get wp admin backend to load.
WTF just happened?????
Hi,
Please hand us a WordPress account and a FTP account in a private reply.
Regards,
Josue
Josue,
How do I do that? I’m very new to WP (if you didn’t notice). Or can you just walk me through it? I’m pretty familiar with FTP (I use Cyberduck) and have Coda and Textwrangler to edit files with.
Jeremy
Good, pass me the FTP access first.
What am I passing? username and password for FTP? It’s through bluehost so I’m not even sure what it is. I have it saved in Cyberduck so it auto logins. Please be specific as to what info you need.
Yes, correct, you’d need to log-in to your Bluehost panel and get your FTP account details (server, username and password).
My whole site is in a strengthinnumberscoaching.com subfolder and then of course /test under that. BE SUPER CAREFUL! My wife’s whole website is on the root directory.
Your login page should work fine now:
http://strengthinnumberscoaching.com/test/wp-login.php
There was some weird repeated code in your .htaccess file.
Regards,
Josue
Thank you!!! Please erase my FTP login info.
Done, you are welcome, glad to help :)
