    Hello support!

    For my client I’m building the following website: http://kwekerijverhoeven.nl/enfold/

    In Chrome you can see the custom background image perfectly in the main menu (this is the file of the custom background: http://kwekerijverhoeven.nl/enfold/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/menu_verhoeven_01.png). However, in Internet Explorer the regular Enfold menu is showing, and not the custom background. It disappears somehow. Could you help me find out what causes this problem and give a solution please?

    In what version of IE are you seeing this problem? Please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    I’m seeing this problem in IE11. But my client having the same problem on a Windows Surface (don’t know the version). I’ll send you the admin details privately.

    Hi,

    at first make sure it’s not a caching issue. So clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another computer as well.
    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    Hi,

    This is not a caching issue. I checked it a dozen times on multiple computers, having the same issue. I deactivated all the plugins myself already, didn’t solve the issue. But sure, you can deactivate plugins yourself if you want to :)
