I’m referring to (http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-tab-and-toggle-ids-for-prettier-url-hashes/) .
I’ve read through troubleshooting guides by all previous post, but there is still no solution for this.
1. I’ve edited the funtions.php (no response)
2. Installed ‘Functionality’ Plugin and added the code, also failed.Please guide. TQ

I added the code to functions.php file in Appearance > Editor and confirmed that you can change toggle ID’s. Please review your website now

What’s the mistake earlier? Is the code provided incorrect or Wrongly inserted?Functionality plugin still required?

You can use functionality plugin if you would like to keep the changes when you update the theme. However, in that case, we would recommend using child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Only change i made was moving the code higher in Functions.php file :)Regards,
