Hello! I have a webpage online that a friend of mine built for me in 2015. Now I got a message of my hosting service that I am using an old php version and I have to do the update by end of February. After this update my webpage was down due to a “fatal error” so I returned to php 5.6. Unfortunately I am not able to get in contact with my original webpage developers. A web consultant has had a look into my backend now and informed that the reason for the incompatibility is the old version 3.3.2 of my theme Enfold. The question is now what to do and how to keep my page online – longer than just until 28/02. He asked me to try to get 2016 September 12th – Version 3.8 + 3.8.1.
Can you help with that? For me it would be extremely important to solve this problem as soon as possible.
