cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.envato.com port 443: Connection refused

Hello,

Our envato token is working fine on all my website but one.
It uses to work on this website too but it’s been few days it isn’t.
I have followed this page https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#troubleshoot but even with a new token, I get the same error :
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.envato.com port 443: Connection refused

All our website are on the same host, OVH and it still works for all of them but one.

Please could you assist us on that?
By the way, when will it be possible to update Enfold thanks to Easy Updates Manager Premium and UpdraftCentral?
It’s sad to pay for theme and a bunch of extensions and that all extension can be updated (free and paid) but not the theme. Please consider updating using the provided wordpress system instead of an internal one that is not compatible with the rest. It makes it hard on us, your client. We pay and we have to work more (making a token, taking care of updates….).
