    hi guys,

    I try to import an enfold demo but i still get the following error code.

    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

    I have already applied a fresh installation of wordpress and enfold. But unfortunately I keep having this problem.
    I also bought a new token.

    I have exactly the same problem, I always get the cURL error when trying to import an enfold demo.

    Hi Rikard and Thomas,
    The problem resolved itself in 24 hours. I’ve reverted the php from 7.0 to the latest php guess 8.1 or something along those lines.
    What could also have happened is that it took a while for my Enfold token to activate. So you couldn’t download theme files.

    Unfortunately, I still have this issue. I already upgraded my PHP version to 8.1, that did not help.

    have you already taken a closer look? Sorry to bother you, but I really need to start working on my website now.

    Hey all,
    it’s working now.

    It seems to be a server problem of my hosting provider (OVH); they also couldn’t help me with the cURL-problem.
    That’s why I did the following workaround: I made a clean install of WordPress on localhost, imported Enfold and its demo there. Afterwards, I made use of this plugin (All-in-One WP Migration) to transfer it to my desired domain. This worked just perfectly!
