    Hello everyone,

We have the problem that certain CSS styles do not seem to work correctly on the start page.
I’ve noticed this several times now and I’m wondering what the reason could be.

In the current example, I have the “Notification” element both on the start page and 1:1 on another content page of the website. However, the element is displayed on the start page without any formatting (color, etc.), but it is displayed correct on the subpage.
When I am logged in as admin, the start page is formatted correctly.
What could be the reason for this?

    Thanks for your help!

    Best regards
    Martin

    Hey Martin,

If you are getting different results depending on if you are logged in or not, then it’s most likely due to caching. Please try to clear all caches and toggle the file compression options in under Enfold->Performance if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Regardless of the caching and the login, I also get the result on every other device on which I view the page.
Something seems to be different on the home page compared to the other content pages.
    What could be the reason?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

We may need to login to the site in order to properly check the issue. Please create a staging or development site, then provide the admin credentials in the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
