Old site (WORKS), hosted in a managed WordPress account at GoDaddy hosting:
http://5a1.c0c.myftpupload.com/New site (BROKEN), GoDaddy performed the migration to my client’s hosting account using their built-in tool:
The site looks unstructured. Content is there, but not styled.
Troubleshooting:
1. Uninstalled all the theme files for Enfold, installed fresh files (downloaded latest version from Themeforest.com) – RESULT: NO CHANGE
2. Used plugin WP Migrate Pro to migrate the working database files to the new database – RESULT: NO CHANGEHelp?

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
