    Hi There,

    We are having problems with a css override when embedding a form on our website. You can see it here:
    https://myelitis.org/donate . The dollar sign is outside the box (which also leads to a shifting underneath). This is how it’s supposed to look: https://secure.everyaction.com/WDTvbI2iXU-f0VKa8z8mVg2.

    We are having worse problems on our daughter’s page (https://www.caresocks.org) trying to embed the same type of form. Here you can see the buttons are different and wrongly formatted. It’s supposed to look the same as the above.

    What can we do to fix this?

    Hey Roberta,

    I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    Hi Basilis,

    Thanks for your response. In all fairness, it’s the Enfold CSS that overrides the code. When removing Enfold’s stylesheet the problem went away. I would really appreciate your help, especially since this is not a plugin but a non-profit CRM platform.

    Is there a way to embed that form as an iframe? That way there will not be a css conflict.

    Hi Victoria,

    Thanks so much for your quick response. The iframe definitely helped for the browser version but it doesn’t seem to work on mobile. When trying to fill out the form, it won’t (address fields etc, you are not able to click on the sections to fill them out.

    Any idea how I can make it work on mobile as well? That way the iframe would resolve the problem fully.

    Hi Roberta,

    I was trying to check on mobile but the captcha was reloading and not letting me go through. Can you disable it for a while so that we can test?
