    I was just doing some testing and noticed that my css updates were not working in either IE11 or Firefox 28, but they work fine in Chrome. I believe most of the updates I made were under styling (custom) in the dashboard. I did recently update to WP 3.9 and Enfold 2.7. Could this be part of the issue? I would provide a URL but I would prefer it be within a private post, and I do not see that selection right now. Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue. Thank you!

    Hey!

    Please try using % instead of px you can also add !important rule as following
    left: 15%!important;
