April 24, 2018 at 2:40 pm #945951Hey,
Could you please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it? :)
Cheers!

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Sorry but the .htaccess details are not working, please verify that they are working before sending them. If you are looking for CSS within the theme then you can look under Enfold->General Styling or in one of the CSS files within the theme under Appearance->Editor.

What do you mean by “JAVA is not there anymore to edit”
The Quick css box is still there and there is code in it. Looks like Appearance > Editor is disabled. Can you please enable it?

May 2, 2018 at 6:25 am #949825Hi,
File editing is active by default in WordPress, so someone has to have turned it off on your site. It might be your hosting provider which does that? If you want to try to turn it on again then you can try this in your wp-config.php file:
define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', false );
Best regards,
