    Hi – can you tell me how to get cross sells to appear on my cart page, like they do on https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/cart/ ?

    I have the cross sells set up on the product page (under product data – linked products), but the .cross-sells area is not showing up.

    Hey kristenangel,

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
    The event was not added to the cart. I was just redirected there.

    Hi – the shop item (in this case, the event ticket) needs to be added to the cart on your computer for you to see it on your cart.

    Hi kristenangel,

    I was trying to add the event to the cart, it was not added, the pages was redirected to the cart without the event.
    Where do you set the cross-sells in this case? I do not see it anywhere in the event.

    Add this event to your cart: https://1000-petals.com/event/wellness-2-jan-5-cedarrapids/
    You can do so on the bottom of the left sidebar. Make sure you enter your info when the short form appears.

    On the product page, I’ve added the cross-sell items in the Product Data / Linked Products panel.

    When you review your cart, cross sells do not appear.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry but this will require modification that is beyond the scope of support. The cart can only display the actual product that was added but it’s not going to include the upsell or cross sell products. Please a hire a freelance developer or contact our partner, Codeable.

    Hi – I’m a little disappointed since this feature is shown on the Enfold template. Cross-sells appear on the cart page on the main Enfold site; why isn’t it available for us to use too? Please remove it from your template if it is not actually available.

    Hi,

    It’s the same in the demo. The cross-sells or up-sells are not included when you add a certain product to the cart. Please try it again. You can also try it in a default theme.
