As soon as I downloaded the enfold theme and added it to my site, it now displays the error: “There has been a critical error on this website.” I am unsure of how to fix this.

Can you give us temporary admin access as well as FTP access? so we can try to check and debug the error.

Hi Matt,

We would need WordPress login details with administrator rights, and FTP access to your actual server. Please post those details in private.

I am not sure how to get you the FTP access. Any advice for how I can get that for you?
