Hi cadpros,
I tried to login to your site using the credentials you gave however it doesn’t seem to work, please check.
Also please provide the FTP details so we can try to inspect the files, view errors properly and try to fix it.
Just post the credentials in private content.
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi,
Thanks for that. I managed to log in to your site using the Bluehost backend, it would be great if you could give us details here as well though.
When exactly does this error happen? Please try to update WordPress to the latest version, to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
Rikard
First problem that broke the site was about 3 weeks ago. Was being told it was a theme problem. So i just updated by purchasing the latest from Themeforest and installing those yesterday.
Did not fix the problem. Only gave me a different error.
Speaking to Bluehost support, they tried downgrading the PHP version and that did not help either.
WordPress has been updated to 5.9.2
Still getting a critical error when trying to set theme to the new version of Enfold.
Have other sites using this theme. So I need to resolve this soon or look for an alternative before new problems arise.
Hi cadpros,
Thanks for giving us login credentials, we have fixed the errors that are causing the issues.
Please review your site.
