    Hi!
    I need your help please!
    I cannot reach one of my websites !
    It says “There has been a critical error on this website.”
    My IT consultant told me it´s a theme – issue, better to ask the Enfold team.

    Please help!

    Thanks for the login token. What happens if you deactivate all plugins? If you need further help, then please share server error logs with us.

    Hi,

    Yes, that’s likely the best way forward. Activate the plugins one by one, then check when the problem starts again.
